橡膠帶式真空過濾機是一種以真空負壓為推動力實現固液分離的設備。真空負壓(0.04-0.07MPa)的作用下，懸浮液中的液體透過過濾介質(濾布)被抽走，而固體顆粒則被介質所截留，從而實現液體和固體的分離。其在結構上過濾區(qū)段沿水平長度方向布置，可以連續(xù)完成過濾、洗滌、吸干、濾布再生等作業(yè)。

3、過濾速度快；物料通過沉淀區(qū)，大顆粒在底層，小顆粒在上層，濾餅結構合理，濾液通透阻力小，可進行薄層快速過濾。適合較高濃度、粗顆粒的過濾，是脫水處理中使用較為廣泛的機型。

4、洗滌效果好；可實現多級平流或逆流洗滌，洗滌均勻徹底，母液和洗滌液根據工藝需要可分別收集和再利用。

5、控制系統(tǒng)應用了DCS技術，可實現現場和遠程自動控制。
